        Owner/Therapist/EFT Trained/LAC Supervisor

I love working with couples that are longing for deeper and restored intimacy in their relationships.

My approach to couple counseling is experiential. We will use interventions to explore what is getting in the way of your connection, including attachment injuries, betrayal, and unmet emotional needs. We will then work in session to create a new experience that leads to more secure, responsive, and engaged connection. Contact me directly.

I love working with teens, young adults, parents, and couples that struggle in their relationships. Sometimes it feels like you are misunderstood, alone, and overwhelmed.

Change is an inevitable part of life. Some changes we choose, like getting married or becoming parents; some are natural, like moving out of childhood homes or losing a loved one; and some happen to us, like abuse or trauma. All of these changes, “good” or “bad,” can come with the additional challenges of emotional distress. These are completely normal experiences, but they can be extremely confusing.

It is an honor to walk alongside my clients going through these circumstances. Together, we will process your thoughts and feelings about these changes. I look forward to joining you in sorting out the confusion so you can thrive in this new chapter of your life. You don’t have to do it alone.
