Hi there! I want to personally welcome you to Refuge Counseling of Arkansas. I am so glad that you checked us out. My passion is helping the people I serve learn to feel safe and secure in their important relationships. As a husband and a parent of 3 children, I know that doing the family thing is hard work and overwhelming at times. However, I also believe that it can be one of the most rewarding experiences you will ever have. I think of the counseling relationship as a team approach. I would love to partner with you in building improved connections with the ones you love. I know that everyone has times in their lives that are difficult or stressful, or seem like they will never end. Whatever you are going through, I am here for you. I truly believe that even in the midst of chaos, there is hope!

I am so excited to be a part of Refuge Counseling of Arkansas. I am a wife and mother of two children. Stress and anxiety have been a big part of my life as a teenager and as a new mom. I am passionate about working with teens, young adults, and stressed-out moms to overcome the thoughts that steal your joy and peace.
